We have negotiated countless of other cases for our clients and got them reduced charges. These negations often keep offenses off our client’s record while having them serve little-to-no jail time. An example of this was a client charged with bank robbery and criminal sexual conduct in the 1st degree. We reduced their jail time with the bank robbery charges. We eliminated jail time for the CSC charges. We also kept their record clean which stopped them from having to register as a sex offender. Another example is a felony OWI and PWID (possession with intent to deliver) narcotics reduced to a misdemeanor with no jail time and no criminal record.
